Amazon holds 3.9 from 1,489 ratings, the largest HairMax file, with ease of use tagged positive 37 of 39 times and value for money negative 35 of 52. Owners in Costco's file and on Reddit found 11 minutes of holding and moving the comb tiring. The warranty is 1 year.

The HairMax Ultima 9 Classic LaserComb is a cordless comb with 9 lasers at 655 nm, which HairMax's manual states are under 5 mW each and Class 3R.
