The Goal Zero Boulder 200 Briefcase (SKU 32409, model 32409 on Goal Zero's declaration of conformity) is two 100 W monocrystalline panels under tempered glass in aluminum frames with corner protection, joined by a hinge so the pair folds shut like a briefcase.
It is rated 200 W, with 21.8 V open-circuit and 18.1 V at maximum power on the product page, and its user guide gives 18 to 23 V open-circuit.
Output runs from a junction box through a 6 ft cable to a High Power Port (HPP) plug, 14 to 22 V at up to 14 A; chaining several needs Goal Zero's 4x HPP combiner cable (SKU 98061). Unfolded it measures 40 x 53.5 x 1.75 in, folded 40 x 26.75 x 3.5 in, and it weighs 42 lb (19 kg).
The box holds the panel with its cord and built-in kickstand and a canvas carrying bag. Goal Zero gives its solar panels a 2-year warranty, and the user guide prints 24 months. Goal Zero also sells it in multiples: two for $1,294.80, three for $1,894.75 and four for $2,474.70.
A single panel sells at $599.95 on goalzero.com.
