The FIIDO US trademark (registration 5012525) is held by Shenzhen QLHX Technology Co., Ltd. Fiido's EN 15194 certificates name Shenzhen Fiido Technology Development Co., Ltd. as holder and manufacturer.
- Fiido e-bikes and scooters are sold in the US on fiido.com, which Fiido's own footer calls the Fiido USA Site.
- The store's terms say only that the website is operated by Fiido, and they give a contact address in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
- No US legal entity is named anywhere on the store.
- Its store sells mini and folding bikes, carbon commuters, touring bikes, longtail cargo bikes and a seated scooter.
- E-bikes ship from US warehouses, while the shipping policy says e-scooters ship from China.
- The search of Amazon US found no listing sold by Fiido itself (October 2026).
- Among major US retailers, only Walmart carries Fiido, through the brand's own marketplace store, with one cargo bike listed (October 2026).
The Fiido Air is a carbon-fibre commuter e-bike with a 36 V, 208.8 Wh battery built into the frame and a 250 W rear hub motor with a Mivice torque sensor, driving a single-speed Gates Carbon Drive belt. The product page prints 35 Nm as peak torque, and Fiido's compare table lists 20 Nm.
It has hydraulic disc brakes, a rigid carbon fork and Kenda 700 x 40C tires, and the bars, stem and seatpost are carbon too. It weighs 30.3 lb with the battery and is rated for 264 lb. It has no throttle and no display: a fingerprint switch starts it, and the Fiido app or a Fiido Mate watch shows speed and battery.
It ships with a 15.5 mph assist preset. Fiido's own range test gives 37.49 miles in Normal mode with a 176 lb rider. The battery does not come out; a 208.8 Wh range extender battery sells separately for $249.00. It comes in M, L and XL frames at one price.
