Velotric

Velotric designs and sells electric bikes for commuting, recreation and light utility. Its range covers step-through commuters and cruisers, lightweight city bikes, folding bikes, fat-tire bikes, hardtail mountain and hybrid bikes, a compact cargo bike and an electric trike.

Most models use a 48 V removable battery, a rear hub motor and hydraulic disc brakes, and ship as Class 2 bikes that switch between Class 1, 2 and 3.

In the US, Velotric sells through its own store at velotricbike.com and through independent dealer shops. The US seller is Velopower, Inc. of Bellmawr, New Jersey, a privately held company led by co-founder Adam Zhang.
