Shark is SharkNinja Operating LLC’s brand for floorcare, haircare and skincare devices, sold alongside its Ninja kitchen appliances from Needham, Massachusetts. Its light therapy range in the US is two rigid LED face masks: the CryoGlow (the FW312 series, sold in the US since late 2024) and the CryoGlow Plus (FW350, 2026). Both are built from tri-wick LED packages that each emit blue at 415 nm, red at 630 nm and near-infrared at 830 nm, and both have two metal pads under the eyes chilled by Peltier coolers and fans. The CryoGlow Clinic face and body system is sold in the UK and not in the US.

The CryoGlow’s 510(k), K242796, is SharkNinja’s own filing and describes its 480 light sources in 160 packages, and the FDA device registry lists model FW312 under it. The registry lists the CryoGlow Plus under the same 510(k), but the Plus carries 510 light sources in 170 packages, which the filing does not describe. Shark states a maximum of 128 mW/cm2 from the combined wavelengths, measured at the LED rather than at the skin, and no independent measurement of either mask has been published.

On sharkninja.com the CryoGlow lists at $349.99 and the CryoGlow Plus at $379.99; in September 2026 the CryoGlow sold at $299.99 there and at Best Buy, and at $299 on Amazon. Both carry a two-year warranty, and sharkninja.com offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. The chill pads cannot be removed and leave the under-eyes without LED light, and owners’ most common complaints are the weight of the 1.5 lb shell and marks under the eyes.

Trustpilot rates sharkninja.com 2.5 from 1,756 reviews, 72 percent of them one-star, and SharkNinja is BBB accredited with an A+ rating and about 920 complaints closed in three years. Amazon rates the CryoGlow 4.4 from 1,066 across its colours and Costco’s CryoGlow kit 4.5 from 417, while most of Ulta’s rating is SharkNinja’s own review file. The FDA lists no recall of any SharkNinja device.
