Glotech is the LED device line of LED Esthetics, the trading name of JK Supply LLC of Farmington Hills, Michigan, which owns the GLOTECH trademark and runs ledesthetics.com. It sells three face masks, a neck-and-chest collar, eye patches, an LED cap insert and an infrared wand, all made by Shenzhen Kaiyan Medical Equipment of Shenzhen, China, alongside serums and hydrogel masks.
LED Esthetics calls every Glotech device FDA-cleared and publishes no K-number. FDA’s database lists four of the seven compared here under 510(k)s that describe them, the Mask Pro (K221775), Minis (K240089), Hair Pro (K253669) and Lip Wand (K222205), each filed by Kaiyan or its exporter, Light Tree Ventures. The Mask Lite 2.0 is listed under a clearance for a different mask, the Collar only under a 510(k)-exempt lamp code, and the original Mask Lite under none. Intertek’s directory carries no safety listing for any of them, and no measurement of their output with a published method exists.
The seven Glotech devices compared here run on ledesthetics.com from $229 for the Minis to $475 for the Hair Pro. LED Esthetics’ warranty policy gives each 1 year, and its returns page offers a 30-day trial, six months on the Hair Pro, while its refund policy deducts $15 for return shipping and processing and refuses an opened Lip Wand. Only the Mask Pro is sold on Amazon, and no US retailer with its own review file carries the range.
LED Esthetics holds 4.7 from 98 Trustpilot reviews and an A+ from the BBB. The Mask Pro’s Amazon listing reads 4.4 from 24 ratings, every review shown from an Amazon Vine reviewer given a free unit, and WIRED placed the Mask Pro as an honourable mention and the Minis on its list of devices to avoid.
