Six hundred dollars above the Flexx inFusion for the same oxidation chemistry on a better control platform. What the Matrixx valve buys is smartphone programming, usage monitoring and the ability to adjust cycles without getting behind the tank, which on a system whose dosing needs occasional tuning is worth more than it sounds. Peroxide injection remains the most effective residential answer to severe iron, manganese and rotten-egg odour, and the company markets this as the best tier in its own comparison. The economics are less clear-cut than the marketing: on water that the Flexx inFusion already handles, the extra spend buys convenience rather than treatment capability.
