iSpring CRO2000 4-Stage Commercial Tankless Reverse Osmosis System, 2000 GPD
Four-stage commercial tankless reverse osmosis system rated up to 2,000 GPD with dual booster pumps, dual pressure gauges and a freestanding stainless steel frame on wheels.
$3,779
Usability
The CRO2000 is the top of iSpring's range and a genuine commercial machine: 2,000 GPD at 1.4 GPM, dual pumps, dual gauges, overload and low-pressure shutoffs, and a rolling stainless frame. At $3,778.99 it costs more than every other iSpring RO system combined, and it is priced for a business that measures water in cases of bottles saved. Homeowners should look at the RO800G instead; there is no NSF/ANSI listing here either way.
- Up to 2,000 GPD at 1.4 GPM, double the output of iSpring's next-largest system
- Dual booster pumps keep production up on supply pressure below 45 psi
- 2:1 pure-to-waste ratio is efficient for a machine at this output
- Dual pressure gauges read inlet and pre-membrane pressure for real diagnostics
- Overload shutoff after six hours of continuous running and a low-pressure alarm
- Auto-rinse extends membrane life to roughly three years
- Freestanding stainless frame on wheels with locking brakes
- Standard 4.5 by 20 inch cartridges are widely stocked and cheap per gallon at volume
- $3,778.99, several times the price of any residential iSpring RO system
- No published NSF/ANSI certification listing
- 146.5 lb and 32 by 20 by 42 inches; this is floor equipment, not an under-sink unit
- Ships in two separate packages and needs assembly
- Requires a dedicated space with power and drainage
- Membrane replacement runs $298.99 and cartridge packs $249.99 to $699.99
- iSpring's own site has listed it both In Stock and Out of Stock in the same session
The iSpring CRO2000 is a four-stage tankless commercial reverse osmosis system rated at up to 2,000 gallons per day, built for restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. It runs 4.5 by 20 inch cartridges, a sediment pre-filter and carbon block stages, into reverse osmosis membranes housed in stainless steel, all mounted on a freestanding stainless frame with wheels and locking brakes.
Dual booster pumps carry the system through supply pressure below 45 psi and push output to 1.4 gallons per minute at a 2:1 pure-to-waste ratio. Dual pressure gauges read inlet and pre-membrane pressure. Protection is built in: the system shuts off and closes the inlet valve after six hours of continuous running, and beeps for ten seconds then stops if inlet pressure drops too low. An auto-rinse cycle extends membrane life to roughly three years.
Connections are 3/4 inch inlet and 3/8 inch outlet, so it pairs with dispensers, ice makers, espresso machines and faucets. iSpring publishes no NSF/ANSI certification listing for the CRO2000, so its contaminant reduction is described from manufacturer specifications. It ships in two separate packages.
