What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPOD
Five MitoPOD owners or buyers posted in r/redlighttherapy between May 2024 and September 2025.
Two described relaxing lie-down sessions, one of them after buying an open-box unit for about $750 and saying he would not pay full price.
Two others said the two cords, two power bricks and two controllers make the pod awkward enough that they rarely use it, and one also found it too short; a fifth sent it back straight away over the durability of flexible LED devices.
Shoppers questioned the stated 30 mW/cm2 against rivals' higher claims, and a Mito affiliate who argues for the pod is not counted.
HigherDOSEFull Body Red Light Mat
Reddit holds no owner account of the Full Body Red Light Mat.
HigherDOSE's light devices are discussed on Reddit almost entirely through the face mask, where r/redlighttherapy and r/30PlusSkinCare threads from 2022 to 2026 carry owners describing a mask-to-controller cable that failed after two to five months, flickering lights and a controller that would not hold a charge, mostly on the build sold before mid-2024.
Support reports are mixed: two owners say HigherDOSE replaced masks already out of warranty (July 2024, November 2025), while others describe slow or missing replies.
A July 2026 r/BeautyTap thread (71 comments) shows HigherDOSE running a free-product review campaign.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPOD
No independent test or measurement of the MitoPOD exists; the written coverage is desk summaries of Mito's specifications on sites that earn Amazon affiliate commission.
RedLightPanelLab (September 2026), which earns on its links, names it best overall while noting that its 30 mW/cm2 and 1-year warranty fall short of a Hooga pod's stated 140 mW/cm2 and 3 years.
The one owner write-up, from John DeLuca of Light Therapy Reviews (June 2026), links to Mito through an affiliate code; he uses it for passive sessions but says most beginners should buy a full-body panel first.
HigherDOSEFull Body Red Light Mat
Five hands-on write-ups cover the mat, and every publisher earns on HigherDOSE links.
Hanna Flanagan of The Cut tested it for a month in November 2025, under a buy link carrying HigherDOSE's own sale code; she found it slightly warm against the skin, but laid flat it took so much floor space that she unplugged, rolled and boxed it after every session, it has to stay plugged into a wall outlet, and asked whether a reader needs it, she answered no.
Marco Gentile, an affiliate who earns commission across most of the market, rated it 2.5 out of 5 in March 2026, noting a built-in controller with a matching remote but no choice of intensity or mode beyond the timer, and found the price hard to justify.
Town & Country (November 2025) and The Daily Beast (April 2026, a month of daily 45- to 60-minute sessions) both earn commission and both praised using the mat flat, draped or hung, and Town & Country liked that it rolls up for storage.
Sunset's writer used it in one 50-minute spa class.

The only video naming the MitoPOD is a music-only Short from Michael Kummer, who is listed on Mito's affiliate page, and it gives no findings.
The nearest tested device is Mito's earlier single-sided Full Body Mat, which the BIOHACK Channel (August 2023, Mito affiliate code) measured on a spectrometer with peaks near 660 and 850 nm.
HigherDOSEFull Body Red Light Mat
Apart from HigherDOSE's own channel, one video reviews the mat.
Dani Smith says HigherDOSE gave her the mat and links it under her own HigherDOSE discount code; she reviewed it after about four months of use and lists what came in the box: a remote, power cords, a carry bag, over-door hangers and wall hooks.
She keeps the mat hanging on a door between sessions and runs it from the remote or the buttons on the mat at 20, 30, 40 or 60 minutes, bought blackout glasses separately because none come with the mat, and calls the $1,199 price an investment.
Parts of her description, including crystal, charcoal and clay layers, belong to HigherDOSE's PEMF mat rather than this one, and the video measures nothing.

Mito's Amazon US store sells its two-wavelength 2.0 panels and no listing of this device carries ratings.
The MitoMIN 2.0 holds 4.5 from 170 ratings, split 78 percent five-star against 3 percent one-star, and Amazon tags its quality in 30 reviews, 29 of them positive; the MitoMID 2.0 holds 4.6 from 61.
Those are rigid panels, so they say nothing about how this device holds up.
HigherDOSEFull Body Red Light Mat
