The ThermBack LED is a heated back wrap first: far-infrared heat at three settings and vibration, with a strip of near-infrared LEDs along the spine as the light element. Therabody publishes no LED count, wavelength or output figure and no dimensions for the wrap, so light output and coverage cannot be scored, and with five criteria left it falls below the six-criterion floor and carries no usability score. Therabody calls it FDA registered, not cleared: the FDA lists it only under a powered heating pad code, with no premarket number. Reviewers like wearing it cordless at a desk or on the move, and Amazon rates it 4.3 from 161, with battery life tagged 9 times, 7 of them negative. Owners report units that would not charge within weeks or began switching themselves off at 15 months, three months past the one-year warranty. Best Buy's 4.6 from 70 comes entirely from incentivised or reviewer-programme reviews. At $329.99 it is the one Therabody light device here made for the body rather than the face.
Therabody does not publish enough of this product’s specifications for it to be scored against our eight criteria.

The ThermBack LED is a lower-back wrap that combines a strip of near-infrared LEDs along the spine with far-infrared carbon-fibre heat at 102, 107 and 113°F and three vibration patterns. Velcro straps close it around waists up to 45 inches, with an elastic compression strap over the top. On its battery the LEDs switch off after 10 minutes and the heat after 20, and Therabody gives up to 180 minutes per charge; plugged into a USB-C adapter of 40 W or more it runs continuously. The control unit is not removable, so the whole wrap is plugged in to charge, and no adapter is in the box.
