No independent source reviews this separator. WaterFilterGuru's Elite review notes that the softener ships with no sediment pre-filter, which is the gap this product exists to fill, and its own test rig used a 100 micron separator ahead of the softener.

Independent video coverage of SoftPro is the Elite install-and-test at roughly 22,000 views, whose rig used a separate sand separator. Nothing covers this product. SoftPro's own channel is excluded.

The complaint is the same everywhere and it is never the hardware: Trustpilot's own top mentions are customer communications, warranty, delivery service and refund.
