The Razor C35 is a folding commuter scooter with a 37 V, 7.5 Ah lithium-ion battery of 278 Wh (nominal volts times amp-hours; Razor prints no watt-hour figure) and a 350 W rear hub motor, a figure Razor prints with no rated or peak label.

It stops with an electronic regenerative brake on the handlebar and a rear-fender foot brake, has no suspension, and rolls on a 12.5-inch front and an 8.5-inch rear pneumatic tire. It weighs 32.25 lb and is rated for a 220 lb rider aged 18 or over.

Razor claims up to 18 miles of range and two modes of 10 and 18 mph, with cruise control that ships switched off. The motor engages only after a kick to 3 mph, and a full charge takes about 8 hours. A sealed lead-acid twin, the C35 SLA, sells separately for $549.99.
