The Nordik Recovery 1-Person Infrared Sauna 2.0 is a one-seat indoor cabin in Canadian hemlock with an 8 mm tempered glass front and a heated floor. One full-spectrum emitter and eight far infrared carbon panels draw 1,280 W, and the brand rates the cabin from 15 to 65°C (59 to 149°F).
It needs a dedicated 120 V 15 A household circuit and no electrician. Outside it measures 31.5 by 35.4 by 66.9 inches, and inside 24.4 by 29.9 by 62.2 inches. Seven lighting modes with a reading light, Bluetooth and USB speakers, an adjustable vent with an air ionizer, and a 0 to 99 minute timer come with it.
The NordikLock panels arrive with the door fitted; the product page says assembly takes about 15 minutes and the help centre says about an hour with two people. The earlier Version 1 is sold out.
The brand publishes a commissioned EMF report from Stancer Testing-Lab (Laval, Quebec) giving 0.653 mG at the 12-inch seated position and 1.234 mG at 2 inches from a heater.
