The Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000 (model LUB3S2) is an all-wheel-drive wire-free robot mower that positions itself with 360° LiDAR, dual cameras and network RTK over its built-in 4G, so no reference station has to be installed.
Mammotion rates it for lawns up to 0.75 acre and for slopes up to 80% inside the mowing area (40% at the edge), and its Australian store rates the 3000 for 1,400 m² (about 0.35 acre) on one charge. It cuts a 15.7 inch path with two discs from 1.0 to 2.7 inches high.
The manual lists 150 minutes of mowing and 105 minutes of charging on a 12 Ah battery, a sound power of 64 dB(A), IPX6, 41.9 lb and 27.2 x 21 x 11 inches.
The US box adds an RTK reference station, antenna, 10 m extension cable and power supply for yards where 4G is weak, along with a spare set of blades, the charging station and its power supply.
Built-in 4G comes with three years of data and lifetime network RTK service, and the store sells 4G service afterwards at $19.90 for three months or $49.90 for twelve. The store adds a Mower Cleaning Stand, listed at $79.00, free with this model.
