A USPTO assignment recorded in May 2024 transferred the JETSON trademark filings to Jetstream Brands LLC of New Castle, Delaware.

The Jetson Venture is a folding electric cruiser whose frame folds in half at a hinge, with a removable 47.45 V, 7.8 Ah lithium-ion battery (47.45 V × 7.8 Ah = 370 Wh; the store page prints 48 V) and a 350 W hub motor; torque is not published.
It has front and rear disc brakes, front suspension, front and rear fenders and 20 in tires on a 7-speed drivetrain. Jetson's manual lists 59.3 lb (the store page prints 59.1 lb) and a 330 lb weight limit, with 22 lb on the rack.
Three speed modes cap the throttle and pedal assist at 9, 15 and 20 mph, and Jetson claims up to 34 miles on pedal assist and 20 on the throttle.
It comes with a 450-lumen headlight, a taillight with brake light, an LCD screen, cruise control, walk assist, a keyed battery lock, leather grips and saddle, and a RackIt rear rack. The Bike + Accessory Bundle lists at $1,624.96 in black, azure blue or chai latte, all sold out on 2026-10-29.
