Solar

Solar is an electric scooter brand that began near Heathrow in the UK in 2020 and now runs its US business from Lancaster, California, where its headquarters, warehouse and repair hub share one address.

The scooter range is built around speed: dual-motor folding models at about $1,000 and the Hyperion RST flagship with a 72 V battery and a claimed 70 mph.

Solar sells direct through its own store with free shipping across the continental US. Its warranty covers the motor, display and controller for two years and the battery for one year.
