Products from Megelin
Megelin is the light-device brand of Shenzhen Zhenxing Ruitong Technology Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, China, which also sells EMS garments, compression devices and a second brand, Swirise. It sells about thirty light devices from megelin.com and two Amazon stores: LED and laser-and-LED face masks and face-and-neck sets, handhelds, wraps, belts and pads, and full-body mats, bags, panels and caps.
FDA’s database holds one Megelin clearance, K252264, for an LED mask in red and blue light, models JML1 to JML10. Megelin sells its seven-colour mask and its Duo-Lux laser mask as FDA-cleared, and neither matches that description. Its other devices are listed with FDA, where they are listed at all, as 510(k)-exempt infrared lamps, and Intertek’s directory carries no safety listing for any of them. No measurement of a Megelin device now on sale has been published.
The ten Megelin devices compared here run on megelin.com from $129 for the neck and shoulder belt to $699 for the Duo-Lux set, and Amazon prices them $40 to $200 higher. Megelin’s warranty policy gives every product 1 year, and returns within 60 days of purchase carry a 10 to 20 percent restocking fee and return shipping paid by the buyer.
Megelin holds 4.4 from 987 Trustpilot reviews and an F from the BBB. Its face-and-neck mask reads 4.6 from 572 Amazon ratings and its face mask 4.5 from 373, while Reddit threads about the brand centre on returns, restocking fees and units that failed within months.
