Products from iRestore
iRestore is the trade name of Freedom Laser Therapy Inc of Irvine, California, which has sold laser hair helmets since 2016 and has since added LED face masks, body belts and, in 2026, standing panels. Some devices are built under contract in China: the device registry names Remax Medi-Tech of Shenzhen as labeler for the Essential and Elite, and Shenzhen Kaiyan holds the Sculpt belt’s clearance.
Verification splits by product line. All three helmets trace to a 510(k) that describes the build on sale: the Essential (K213094), the Professional (K183417) and the Elite (K222081), and the Sculpt belt carries its OEM’s clearance (K260688) under its own name. The four face and eye masks have no 510(k) and no device listing, and iRestore makes no FDA claim for them. The Flex belt is sold as FDA registered, and the Apex panels as 510(k) exempt, which are not clearances.
Only one iRestore device has an independent output reading: Light Therapy Insiders, which earns commission, measured the Illumina Face Mask at 10.5 mW/cm2 against the 35 to 60 iRestore states. The Apex panels’ stated figure of more than 200 mW/cm2 at 6 inches names no instrument, and the helmets publish only total laser power.
Warranties run from one year on the Illumina masks and belts to two on the Essential, Professional and Laser Face Mask Pro, three on the Elite and ten on the Apex panels. The helmets’ 12-month money-back guarantee refunds the price less a 25 percent service fee and return shipping. Trustpilot rates irestorelaser.com 3.7 from 1,364 reviews, which the company invites, and the maker is not BBB accredited and is rated F.
