Ausom

Ausom is an electric scooter brand whose AUSOM trademark is registered to Shenzhen Magic Wheel Technology Co., Ltd in Shenzhen, China. Its scooters are for adult riders aged 16 and older, from single-motor commuters to dual-motor off-road models.

In the US the brand sells through its own store at ausomstore.com, which ships from a US warehouse within the continental United States, and through an Ausom store on Amazon. Several models come as US versions with 15 mph or 20 mph speed presets, and it also lists spare batteries, chargers, tires and brake parts.

Support runs through the store’s ticket form and support@ausomstore.com, with a 14-day return window and a component warranty table.
