Products from Kiierr
Kiierr is the laser cap brand of Kiierr International LLC, which gives its address as Tooele, Utah, in its terms, and it sells direct from kiierr.com, a second storefront at kiierrhealth.com and its own Amazon store. Its caps come in two builds: rigid domes used for 30 minutes every other day (the 148 Pro, the 272 Premier and the 272 Elite XL, a larger-sized Premier) and flexible caps used for 6 minutes a day (the 302 Ultra Flex, and the 272 and 312 DualWave, which add 808 nm near-infrared lasers to 650 nm red). It also sells five RH red light panels, the Revive LED face mask, two LED scalp combs and a red light facial wand, alongside hair-care products and supplements.
Kiierr’s own 510(k), K181878 (2018), covers its 148- and 272-diode caps and describes them as private-label units of a diode laser cap made by Cosmo Far East Technology of Shenzhen. Cosmo lists the Kiierr 302 under that same clearance, which does not describe a 302-diode cap, and no filing describes the DualWave caps’ 808 nm lasers, although Kiierr sells its whole cap range as FDA cleared. Its panels, mask, combs and wand have no 510(k) or safety listing, and Kiierr publishes no irradiance figure for any of them.
On kiierr.com the caps run from $799 for the 148 Pro to $2,199 for the 312 DualWave, and the panels from $399 to $2,399 on pre-order. The caps and combs carry a 2-year warranty and the skincare devices 1 year, and Kiierr states no warranty term for its panels. Returns run through a guarantee rather than a return window: a cap can be sent back 7 months after delivery for a refund less a 25 percent fee, which is waived only for buyers who registered a before photo within 45 days and kept monthly photos.
Kiierr’s Trustpilot profile reads 4.4 from 352 reviews, and the BBB rates Kiierr International, LLC A+ without accreditation, with 24 complaints in three years. Its one rated cap listing on Amazon reads 3.8 from 107. Reviewers praise the caps’ ease of use and comfort, and owners fault the guarantee’s fee and photo rules, caps that run small, battery packs and slow email support.
