Products from illumiflow
illumiflow is sold on illumiflow.com by Premium Web, LLC, a Delaware company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, whose terms name eGlobal, LLC as the maker of the illumiflow Laser Cap; eGlobal, at the same Scottsdale address, filed both of the brand’s 510(k)s, and FDA’s listing names Cosmo Far East Technology of Shenzhen, which also makes Kiierr’s caps, as the manufacturer. A 2024 Reddit claim that illumiflow’s parent shares Kiierr’s address holds for the address: illumiflow’s contact page, BBB file and Trustpilot profile give 3500 Whiteway #10, Butte, Montana, the street address and suite on Kiierr International LLC’s FDA establishment registration. Nothing found shows a shared owner: the ILLUMIFLOW mark was registered to Premium Web in 2018 and cancelled in 2024, KIIERR is registered to Kiierr International of Salt Lake City, eGlobal’s filings name a Scottsdale contact and Kiierr’s a Salt Lake City one, and illumiflow’s first clearance (February 2017) predates Kiierr’s (September 2018), so the claim that Kiierr started illumiflow is not supported.
Two illumiflow caps are described by eGlobal’s own clearances: the 272 Pro by K162071 (February 2017), a 272-diode cap at 650 nm, and the 148 by K173843 (January 2018), a 148-diode cap at 650 nm. The flexible 272 DualWave, 302 Flex and 312 Ultra, the Glow Skincare Mask and the scalp comb are named in no clearance or FDA listing, though every cap page and the mask page carry an FDA-Cleared badge; Cosmo’s own K252325 describes 302- and 312-diode caps with every laser at 650 nm, and no listing ties illumiflow’s caps to it. No illumiflow device has a safety listing in Intertek’s or UL’s directories, and FDA’s databases hold no illumiflow recall or adverse event.
The seven illumiflow light devices compared here run on illumiflow.com from $129 for the comb to $1,699 for the 312 Ultra: the 148 at $799, the 272 Pro at $899, the 272 DualWave at $1,199 and the 302 Flex at $1,399, with the DualWave and 312 on pre-sale, and the Glow mask at $239. The 272 Pro Max is the 272 Pro in an XL size at $1,199, and the Diamond 272 LUX is the 272 cap sold with supplements and an e-book at $1,999. illumiflow also sells a filtered shower head, supplements, shampoo and replacement batteries. Each cap carries a 2-year warranty, extendable to 5 years for $99 at purchase; the money-back guarantee takes no returns in the first year and refunds only between days 365 and 395, less a 25 percent fee unless twelve monthly photos are kept.
illumiflow holds 4.6 from 84 Trustpilot reviews in October 2026, most of them posted after the profile was claimed in March 2026, and the BBB rates it F, not accredited, with 8 complaints in three years. illumiflow says it offers rebates or gift cards for reviews. On Amazon US its 272 listing reads 3.7 from 497 ratings, and no US retailer carries its devices.
